Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system and has been practiced in India for thousands of years. It forms a part of their daily lives to promote health, provide relaxation and to strengthen bonds between families.
Indian head massage is applied to the face, neck, scalp and shoulders. The therapist uses a range of different movements, like kneading, compression and rubbing to manipulate soft tissues and muscles. This relaxes and soothes tense areas, bringing a deep sense of well-being to the person being massaged.
